What is ADLVRS?
The Automated Driver License and Vehicle Registration System (ADLVRS) is a centralized national digital platform developed for the Ministry of Transport to manage all core vehicle and driver services.
ADLVRS replaces fragmented and manual processes with a secure, integrated, and fully auditable system that supports the complete lifecycle of vehicle and driver transactions.
Key Services Managed by ADLVRS
•    New Vehicle Registration
•    Vehicle Renewals
•    Transfer of Ownership
•    Eligibility Validation for Businesses and Commercial Vehicles
•    Hazardous Goods Certification
•    Driver License Management (current and future expansion)
•    Integration with the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA)
•    Card Printing, Plate Assignment, and Dispatch
•    Reporting, Auditing, and Compliance Monitoring
All transactions processed through ADLVRS follow clearly defined workflows, approval stages, and audit trails to ensure transparency and integrity.

Integration with Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA)
One of the most critical features of ADLVRS is its direct integration with the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA).
Through this integration:
•    Official LRA bills are automatically generated for every transaction
•    Payments are verified in real time
•    Receipts, amounts, and currencies are validated
•    Mobile Money and online payment channels are supported
This integration significantly reduces revenue leakage, eliminates manual reconciliation, and ensures that all government fees are accurately collected and recorded.

Introducing the MOT Online Vehicle Renewal Service (OVRS)
To improve service delivery and reduce congestion at MOT service centers, the Ministry has launched the Online Vehicle Renewal Service (OVRS) — available through both a web portal and a mobile application.
OVRS allows vehicle owners to renew their vehicle registrations anytime and from anywhere, without the need to visit MOT offices to initiate the process.
