In a recent revenue budget hearing held on September 9, 2024, at the Conference Room of the Speaker of the 55th Legislature, the Ministry of Transport received outstanding commendation for its exceptional contribution to Liberia's national budget for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The accolade came as a result of the Ministry's remarkable performance in revenue generation, which significantly supports the nation's economic framework.
The Ministry of Transport has demonstrated stellar fiscal management. From March to September 2024, the Ministry successfully generated $7.5 million out of a $9.5 million revenue target set by the government. This impressive achievement reflects the Ministry’s dedication and effectiveness in enhancing revenue streams and supporting Liberia's national budget.

House Committee Chairman on Ways and Means, Representative Dixon Seboe, praised the Ministry's performance during the revenue hearing.
