How do I Obtain a Plate

Motor Vehicle Work Flow

OK Documents and Assign Numbers
 
2. Billers
Assess, Appraise and Bill using numbers assigned by the Director (Payment is done at the Bank at Finance Ministry)
 
3. Validation
Validates payment receipts
 
4. Record / Numbering
Enters vehicle specifications, payment records and plate numbers assigned into ledgers
 
5. Data Entry (Computer Section)
Produces Vehicle Title Certificates
 
6. Supervisor 
Reviews documents and payment receipts
 
7. Director
Signs finished title certificates
 
8. Minister
Signs finished title certificates
 
9. Database
Stores vehicle specifications, owner data, payment information and plates assignment records electronically and generate log for plates and or stickers distribution
 
10. Supply / Dispatch
Dispatch title documents along with license plates and or sticker to title applicants
